There are new reports in the Reporting Engine section of the Reports menu:
Activity Participants Grades - This
report allows you to create lists of activity participants simply by
choosing the activity from a drop down menu. The menu is based on the
activities set up for the district in the system. You can run the report
at the district level or at the school level. The report lists the
activity, student names, and grade levels.
Activity Participants Grades - If
you use the Activity student screen, you can choose an activity and
list the current grades of only those involved in the activity. The
information is pulled from the data table that keeps track of PowerGrade
grades, so please keep in mind the information will only be as
up-to-date as the teacher's use of PowerGrade.
Activity Report - This
report allows you to create lists of activity participants simply by
choosing the activity from a drop-down menu. The menu is based on the
activities set up for the school in the system. The report lists the
activity, student names, and grade levels by default, but can show
gpa's, flag low gpa's with the color red, hyperlink the student name to
the student's screens, or include a group function link.
Low Current Grades w/Activities - This
report will print out a list of students with D's (D+, D, D-) and/or
F's and/or another letter grade you designate (for example, I, INC, NG,
etc) for the term you choose of the current school year. If you use the
Activity student screnn, you can also choose an activity and only have
those involved in the activity appear on the final output. If you do not
choose an activity, all students who meet the criteria will appear on
the final output.
