School Board Meetings, Agendas, & Minutes
St. Johns Governing Board is scheduled to meet on the 1st Thursday of each month, 6:30 PM in the District Office board room, unless otherwise posted.
NOTICES of such meetings will be posted at:
- St. Johns Unified School District
- St. Johns Public Library - Bulletin Board
- Apache County Annex - Bulletin Board
Copies of the agendas for regular meetings, special meetings and executive sessions may be obtained at:
St. Johns Unified School District Office and district website
The respective agenda will be available to the public at such locations not less than 24 hours prior to a meeting, unless the meeting covers an emergency as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.02
Executive sessions may be held by the Governing Board as provided in A.R.S. 38-431.03. Notices of executive sessions will also be posted at the posting places.
The Governing Board reserves the right to hold special meetings at times and places other than mentioned above. Notice of time and place of any special meeting will be posted at the posting places.
